The Komfort online store makes every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and protection of personal information provided when using the Website and making purchases in the store and to this end takes all necessary actions.

Therefore, the Privacy Policy was created - as one of the elements of meeting the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal Directive 95/46/EC, commonly referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. Purposes and grounds for processing your personal data

The purpose of data processing is to conclude and perform a contract for the sale of goods or services with you party or taking actions before and after concluding the contract, including: after-sales service, provision services by electronic means, account management on the comfort.pl website, implementation of loyalty programs, expressing opinions, ratings or comments, handling reports and complaints (e.g. via an online form contact), creating analyses, summaries, statistics and archiving, as well as ongoing contact with you regarding promotions, discounts, products and services we provide. In such cases, the basis data processing is necessary to perform the contract or to take necessary actions before and also after concluding the contract (Article 6(1b) of the GDPR) or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6 paragraph 1 f GDPR).

Moreover, in accordance with applicable regulations, the basis for data processing will also be the necessity to fulfilling the legal obligation imposed on Sklepy Komfort SA (Article 6(1c) of the GDPR), in particular: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, making data available to state authorities limits and on the basis of legal provisions, e.g. for tax and accounting purposes.

- entities cooperating in the field of customer satisfaction research

Some of the service providers listed above are based in countries outside Europe Economic Area, therefore we may also transfer personal data to recipients in the so-called countries thirds.
