Register at komfort.eu. You can also do it by phone or in a stationary store (ask a store employee).
Log in to the Club
When shopping by phone or in a stationary store, provide the seller with your email address and ask about available discounts.

Do I have to have an account in the online store to join Komfort Club?
YES. Registration in the Komfort Club is the same as registration in the online store.
How to log in to the Komfort Club?
Use the “Log in” icon in the top right corner of the page, enter your login details or log in with your Google or Facebook account.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Use the link “Forgot your password?” when logging in. A link with the option to set a new password will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.
Is registration in the Komfort club necessary to make a purchase?
No, it is not necessary to have an account. You can make purchases without registering as a so-called guest. however, in this case it is not possible to check your purchase history. You also cannot use any discount coupons and other benefits assigned to the Komfort Club account.
Where can I find information about my benefits?
General information about the benefits can be found at komfort.eu/st/komfort-club. You will learn about the specific discount coupons and other benefits you are entitled to on the My Account → Komfort Club subpage after logging in.
How to use coupons and discounts?
In the online store: All you need to do is select the appropriate Discount Coupon in your shopping cart on the website. To be able to choose a discount coupon, log in to your account. In a stationary store and when shopping by phone: give the store employee the name of the discount coupon.
How long are my Discount Coupons valid?
It depends on the type of Discount Coupon. The coupon may be indefinite or related to a specific promotional campaign that is valid for a specific period. All discount coupons are visible on the My Account subpage in the Komfort Club tab. Are Discount Coupons also valid in stationary stores?
Yes. Discount coupons (unless otherwise stated) are also valid in stationary stores and for purchases by phone.
How do Komfort Club zlotys work and where can I check how many I have?
When you create an account at Klub Komfort, you will receive PLN 15 for future purchases. For every 500 PLN you spend, you will receive 25 PLN for future purchases. Thanks to Polish zlotys, you can reduce the value of any order by up to half.

Can Discount Coupons be combined with current promotions?
It depends on the type of discount coupon.
Can I use several Discount Coupons in one transaction?
When making a purchase, you can only use one of the discount coupons available to you.
How many times can I use one Discount Coupon?
It depends on the type of discount coupon. Most coupons can be used once, but there may be coupons that can be used multiple times.
If I make a return, will I get the Coupon used for the purchase back?
No. The used coupon is not returned to the account.
