Until recently, the company was perceived primarily as a leader in the flooring industry. While KOMFORT's position in this field remains unwavering, the way the brand is perceived has been changing over the last few years. This is due to the introduction of completely new product categories to the brand's assortment: bathrooms, kitchens and wardrobes. The latest product offer offers our customers a carefully selected collection of floor panels, wooden floors, as well as carpets and elastic floor coverings. KOMFORT is currently a chain of over 160 stores throughout Poland, including its own stores and franchise stores. Since 2019, the company has been consistently introducing a new concept of large-format stores offering an extensive product offer. Our stores are located in large and medium-sized cities throughout the country. The first model store in the new concept is KOMFORT in Warsaw, at ul. Mineral. In turn, the largest KOMFORT HOME in Poland with a total area of nearly 4,000 m2 is located in Komorniki, Poznań. More stores in this concept have recently been joined by stores in: Toruń, Bydgoszcz or Wrocław.

The concept of multi-channel also perfectly fits the expanded call center structure, which is not limited only to customer service, but also supports the customer in the design process.
