Our goods can be conveniently purchased online . Whichever delivery method you choose, we want to give you the option of an equally flexible return - either in a stationary shop or by shipping to your address:

We guarantee a full refund of the purchase price of the goods, in accordance with the rules of the Programme.

What to do to return purchased goods:

  • Provide proof of purchase of the goods, i.e. receipt, VAT invoice,
  • Make sure that the goods are originally packaged, in particular the packaging is not damaged, all factory safety features are present in the packaging,
  • Check that the returned goods bear no signs of use and are not mechanically damaged, have the original protective films, seals and stickers of the manufacturer intact,
  • Verify that the goods have complete equipment, warranty card, and instruction manual and other documents issued with the goods,
  • Attach a promotional item to the returned goods if it was issued at the time of purchase,
  • Check that it has not been more than 30 days since the date of purchase and return the purchased goods together with the completed returns form. (to be downloaded alongside the terms and conditions)

Returns within 30 days of purchase do not apply to products that have been specially ordered or made as part of additional services - in particular, products that have been custom-made, cut to size and hemmed in accordance with the customer's wishes.
