I have the right to access my data, correct them, demand their deletion, the right to limit processing, object to the processing of my personal data. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if my data is processed in violation of legal requirements.

The data will be processed in order to answer the question I have asked.

Providing data is voluntary. I do not have to fill out the form, however, without providing my e-mail address I will not receive an answer to the question I have asked.

The legal basis for the processing of my data is Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The legitimate interest of the Administrator is to answer questions from customers and potential customers.

Recipients of personal data will be:

  • providers of website traffic analytics tools,
  • entities hosting (storing) personal data for the Administrator.

My data will be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to the United States on the basis of the European Commission's Executive Decision of 12.07.2016 introducing the Privacy Shield. Data will be transferred only to entities certified under this decision, which obliges them to properly secure my personal data. I will have the right to receive a copy of my personal data that will be transferred to such a country.

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to answer the question submitted.

I have two rights to object to the processing of my personal data if the Administrator processes my personal data on the basis of legitimate interests. I can object on grounds related to my particular situation.

I have the right to access my data, to correct it, to request its deletion, the right to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to its processing. I also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if my data is processed in violation of legal requirements.

The data will be processed for:

  • communicating with me as a customer of the Administrator and answering my questions about the Administrator's business,
  • to provide information related to the previously concluded sales contract and the performance of services around the sale, such as installation, transportation, taking measurements, renting a vacuum cleaner or mediating between the insurer and the Customer in concluding floor insurance contracts,
  • acceptance and handling of complaints,
  • testing the level of my satisfaction with purchased products, provided services and customer service, including hotlines, marketing, consisting of offering me products sold by the Administrator, the Administrator itself, promotions, promotional events, in particular in the form of product catalogs and promotional newspapers, researching the level of my satisfaction, and if I give additional consent, also through voice calls and messages sent to my phone number or e-mail address.

The provision of data is voluntary, however, without the provision of data it will not be possible to obtain information and answers to questions or to report and implement complaints.

The legal basis for the processing of my data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The Administrator's legitimate interest is to communicate with me as a customer, to conduct marketing of its own products and to conduct a survey of my level of satisfaction with the products purchased, services provided and customer service, including through a hotline. If I give my consent to receive marketing communications also via voice calls and messages sent to my telephone number or e-mail address, the legal basis will also be Article 10 of the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of electronic services and Article 172 of the Act of 16.07.2004. Telecommunications Law.

  • entities engaged in providing services around sales, such as installation, transportation, taking measurements or renting a vacuum cleaner,
  • entities handling the survey of the level of my satisfaction as a customer,
  • entities handling marketing activities,
  • entities handling storage of personal data,
  • entities providing flooring insurance service.

My data will be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to the United States on the basis of the European Commission's Executive Decision of 12.07.2016 implementing the Privacy Shield. Data will be transferred only to entities certified under this decision, which obliges them to properly secure my personal data. I will have the right to receive a copy of my personal data that will be transferred to such a country.

Personal data will be processed for a period of time:

  • necessary for providing me with information and answering my questions,
  • necessary for the performance of sales-related services and for the time necessary to demonstrate their proper performance - this period corresponds to the length of the statute of limitations for claims,
  • to carry out marketing activities by the Administrator, or until I object to further processing of personal data for marketing purposes, or revoke my consent to receive voice calls, sending messages to my phone number or e-mail address. My revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.
